Layflat Tube
At Polywrap we have the manufacturing capability to make a range of layflat tubing to suit every application. Our standard range is made from natural recycled low density polyethylene at 100um in gauge and ranging from 100mm to 300mm in width.
We can also make to order based on your specifications up to 1,500mm in width and 150um in gauge. Our layflat tubing can also be made in a range of tint colours and heat sealed.
Single Wound Sheet
Single wound sheeting (SWS) also known as flat film is lay flat polyethylene tubing slit on both sides, creating two sheets on top of each other and wound separately. There are a wide range of applications designed for use with machine fed packaging and can be custom made to your size specifications up to a width of 1,500mm, produced with your choice of high-quality material and printing options.
Single wound sheeting is a versatile product that can be used for a range of applications. It is available it either 100% recyclable form or as a combination of recycled and virgin grade material.
Shrink Film
Our shrink films are made in rolls, shrink when heat is applied and are often used as a form of packaging to contain various types of goods. They are available in various thicknesses and widths as necessary for different sized and weighted goods. Heat is commonly applied using either a heat gun, shrink wrapping machines or heat shrink tunnels.
Our shrink film can be made to customer specifications, including a range of sizes and composition of material.
